Board approves revised land sale agreement, advancing Rice Creek Commons Project

The agreement with Ryan Companies for the phased development of Outlot A at Rice Creek Commons moves forward plans for a 10-acre commercial project on the northern portion of the 40-acre site in Arden Hills.

Ramsey County Environmental Center now open

It’s no joke — the Environmental Center opened on April 1! This new facility makes it easier for residents to reduce, reuse, repair and recycle.

2025 Assessor's Report now available

Property valuation notices and property tax statements were sent to property owners in March, describing the changes specific to their property. Property owners can review this report to help provide context for why their property values have changed over the past year.
